View freetime information

The AllowBusyAccess field simply contain a list of user names who have access to view the busytime information for a given room. The easiest way to determine who is listed in this field is to open the resource document in te resource database and review the names listed in the specific people's field. If this field is not populated, the AllowBusyAccess field either will not display or it will be set to Null.

You may also view all busytime related information for rooms using the following command.
tell rnrmgr list room name/site name
